Notwithstanding any contrary provision in the Oklahoma\n\nInsurance Code, the rules promulgated under the Oklahoma Insurance\n\nCode or any other applicable law or rule, upon placement under\n\nadministrative supervision or upon any order of conservation,\n\nrehabilitation or liquidation of a protected cell company, the\n\nreceiver shall be bound to deal with the protected cell company's\n\nassets and liabilities, including protected cell assets and\n\nprotected cell liabilities, in accordance with the requirements set\n\nforth in the Protected Cell Companies Act.\n\nB. With respect to amounts recoverable under a protected cell\n\ncompany insurance securitization, the amount recoverable by the\n\nreceiver shall not be reduced or diminished as a result of the\n\nplacement under administrative supervision or entry of an order of\n\nconservation, rehabilitation or liquidation with respect to the\n\nprotected cell company or any of its protected cells,\n\nnotwithstanding any provisions to the contrary in the contracts or\n\nother documentation governing the protected cell company insurance\n\nsecuritization.","path":["OK Code","Title 36"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os36.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"6000f2319781310886ac40153fa0563eea2aa48442647878c0db6eec9a1ae5c0","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-1696","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-1698"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
