Deposits required for authority to transact insurance in\n\nOklahoma;\n\n2. Deposits of domestic, foreign, or alien insurers when made\n\npursuant to the laws of other states, provinces, and countries as\n\nprerequisite for authority to transact insurance in such state,\n\nprovince, or country; and\n\n3.
