Stat. tit. 36, § 36-1702","heading":"Purpose of deposits","body":"Such deposits shall be held as follows:\n\n1. When the deposit is required for authority to transact\n\ninsurance in Oklahoma the deposit shall be held for the protection\n\nof all the insurer's policyholders and/or creditors within the\n\nUnited States.\n\n2. When the deposit is required pursuant to the laws of another\n\nstate, province, or country, the deposit shall be held for such\n\npurposes as is required by such laws, and as specified by the\n\nInsurance Commissioner at the time the deposit is made.\n\n3.
