Upon request of the insurer, the Insurance Commissioner may\n\ndesignate any solvent trust company or other solvent financial\n\ninstitution having trust powers domiciled in this State as the\n\nCommissioner's depositary to receive and hold any such deposit. Any\n\nsuch deposit so held shall be at the expense of the insurer.\n\nB.
