Stat. tit. 36, § 36-1804","heading":"Appointment of supervisor - Acts prohibited - Additional","body":"requirements.\n\nA. During any period of supervision, the Commissioner may\n\nappoint a supervisor for such insurer and provide that the insurer\n\nmay not do any of the following things without the prior approval of\n\nthe Commissioner or his supervisor:\n\n1. Dispose, convey or encumber any of its assets or its\n\nbusiness in force;\n\n2. Withdraw funds from bank accounts;\n\n3. Lend funds;\n\n4. Invest funds;\n\n5. Transfer property;\n\n6. Incur any debt, obligation or liability;\n\n7. Merge or consolidate with another company; or\n\n8. Enter into any new reinsurance contract or treaty.\n\nB. In addition, the Commissioner may require of the insurer,\n\nthe following:\n\n1. Periodic actuarial reviews;\n\n2.
