Upon application by the Insurance Commissioner for such an\n\norder to show cause, or at any time thereafter, the court may\n\nwithout notice issue an injunction restraining the insurer, its\n\nofficers, directors, stockholders, members, subscribers, agents and\n\nall other persons for the transaction of its business or the waste\n\nor disposition of its property until the further order of the court.\n\nNotwithstanding the foregoing, or any other provision of this\n\nchapter, no Federal Home Loan Bank shall be stayed, enjoined, or\n\nprohibited from exercising or enforcing any right or cause of action\n\nregarding collateral pledged under any security agreement, or any\n\npledge, security, collateral or guarantee agreement or any other\n\nsimilar arrangement or credit enhancement relating to such Federal\n\nHome Loan Bank security agreement.\n\nB. The court may at any time during a proceeding under this\n\narticle issue such other injunctions or orders as may be deemed\n\nnecessary to prevent interference with the Insurance Commissioner or\n\nthe proceedings, or waste of the assets of the insurer, or the\n\ncommencement or prosecution of any actions, or the obtaining of\n\npreferences, judgments, attachments or other liens, or the making of\n\nany levy against the insurer or against its assets or any part\n\nthereof.\n\nC. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no bond shall be\n\nrequired of the Insurance Commissioner as a prerequisite for the\n\nissuance of any injunction or restraining order pursuant to this\n\nsection.\n\nD.
