Stat. tit. 36, § 36-1908","heading":"Grounds for conservation of alien insurers","body":"The Insurance Commissioner may apply to the court for an order\n\nappointing him as receiver or ancillary receiver, and directing him\n\nto conserve the assets within this state of any alien insurer upon\n\nany of the following grounds:\n\n1. Upon any of the grounds specified in sections 1805 or 1806\n\nof this article.\n\n2. Upon the ground that the insurer has failed to comply,\n\nwithin the time designated by the Insurance Commissioner, with an\n\norder made by him to make good an impairment of its trusteed funds,\n\nor\n\n3.
