All claims against an insurer against which delinquency\n\nproceedings have been begun shall set forth in reasonable detail the\n\namount of the claim, or the basis upon which such amount can be\n\nascertained, the facts upon which the claim is based, and the\n\npriorities asserted, if any. All such claims shall be signed by the\n\nclaimant, or someone authorized to act on his or her behalf , and\n\nshall be supported by such documents as may be material thereto.\n\nClaimant shall, in the time and manner set forth by the receiver,\n\nfully comply with any and all requests by the receiver for claimant\n\nto provide information or evidence supplementary to that required in\n\nthis article, including, but not limited to, testimony under oath,\n\naffidavits, and depositions.\n\nB. All claims filed in this state shall be filed with the\n\nreceiver, whether domiciliary or ancillary, in this state, on or\n\nbefore the last date for filing as specified by the court.\n\nC. Within such period as the court may fix, the receiver shall\n\nreport the claim to the court, specifying in such report a\n\nrecommendation with respect to the action to be taken thereon. Upon\n\nreceipt of such report, the court shall fix a time for hearing the\n\nclaim and shall direct that the claimant or the receiver, as the\n\ncourt shall specify, shall give such notice as the court shall\n\ndetermine to such persons as shall appear to the court to be\n\ninterested therein. All such notices shall specify the time and\n\nplace of the hearing and shall concisely state the amount and nature\n\nof the claim, the priorities asserted, if any, and the\n\nrecommendation of the receiver with reference thereto.\n\nD. At the hearing, all persons interested shall be entitled to\n\nappear and the court shall enter an order allowing, allowing in\n\npart, or disallowing the claim.
