Stat. tit. 36, § 36-1920","heading":"Attachment and garnishment of assets","body":"During the pendency of delinquency proceedings in this or any\n\nreciprocal state, no action or proceedings in the nature of an\n\nattachment, garnishment or execution shall be commenced or\n\nmaintained in the courts of this state against the delinquent\n\ninsurer or its assets.
