Paragraphs 1 to 13, inclusive, of section 1801 of this\n\narticle, together with sections 1803, 1804, 1814 to 1820, inclusive,\n\nof this article constitute and may be referred to as the uniform\n\ninsurers liquidation act.\n\nB. The uniform insurers liquidation act shall be so interpreted\n\nand construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform\n\nthe law of those states that enact it.
