Upon the return day of the order to show cause provided for\n\nin section 1833 of this article, if the member or subscriber does\n\nnot appear and serve duly verified objections upon the Insurance\n\nCommissioner, the court shall make and order adjudging that such\n\nmember or subscriber is liable for the amount of the assessment\n\nagainst him, together with costs, and that the Insurance\n\nCommissioner may have judgment against the member or subscriber\n\ntherefor.\n\nB. If, on such return day, the member or subscriber shall\n\nappear and serve duly verified objections upon the Insurance\n\nCommissioner, there shall be a full hearing before the court which,\n\nafter such hearing, shall make such order as the facts shall\n\nwarrant.\n\nC.
