Stat. tit. 36, § 36-1936","heading":"Restrictions on insurers subject to delinquency","body":"proceedings.\n\nNo insurer that is subject to any delinquency proceeding,\n\nwhether formal or informal, administrative or judicial, shall:\n\n1. be released from such proceeding, unless such proceeding is\n\nconverted into a judicial rehabilitation or liquidation proceeding;\n\n2. be permitted to solicit or accept new business or request or\n\naccept the restoration of any suspended or revoked license or\n\ncertificate of authority;\n\n3. be returned to the control of its shareholders or private\n\nmanagement; or\n\n4. have any of its assets returned to the control of its\n\nshareholders or private management;\n\nuntil all payments of or on account of the insurer's contractual\n\nobligations by all guaranty associations, along with all expenses\n\nthereof and interest on all such payments and expenses, shall have\n\nbeen repaid to the guaranty associations or a plan of repayment by\n\nthe insurer shall have been approved by the guaranty associations.","path":["OK Code","Title 36"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os36.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"d43567657e8af8f1da40f1deee4d151f37a9d7e34474930e204470abd92a2a7a","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-1935","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-1937"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
