The purpose of the Oklahoma Property and Casualty Insurance\n\nGuaranty Association Act is to provide a mechanism for the payment\n\nof covered claims under certain insurance policies, to avoid\n\nexcessive delay in payment, and to the extent provided in this act,\n\nminimize financial loss to claimants or policyholders because of the\n\ninsolvency of an insurer, and to provide an association to assess\n\nthe cost of protection among insurers.\n\nB.
