Life, annuity, health, or disability insurance;\n\n2. Ocean marine insurance;\n\n3. Fidelity or surety bonds, or any other bonding obligations;\n\n4. Title, as defined in Sections 702, 703, 705, 708 and 709 of\n\nthis title, mortgage or financial guaranty insurance or other forms\n\nof insurance offering protection against investment risks;\n\n5. Credit insurance, insurance of warranties or service\n\ncontracts, annuities, vendors single interest insurance, collateral\n\nprotection insurance;\n\n6. Any transaction or combination of transactions between a\n\nperson, including affiliates of the person, and an insurer,\n\nincluding affiliates of the insurer, which involves the transfer of\n\ninvestment or credit risk unaccompanied by transfer of insurance\n\nrisk; and\n\n7.
