Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2005","heading":"Creation - Administration - Accounts - Membership - Plan","body":"of operation.\n\nA. There is hereby created a nonprofit, unincorporated legal\n\nentity to be known as the Oklahoma Property and Casualty Insurance\n\nGuaranty Association. For purposes of administration and\n\nassessment, the Association shall be divided into three separate\n\naccounts:\n\n1. The workers' compensation insurance account;\n\n2. The automobile insurance account; and\n\n3. The account for all other insurance to which the Oklahoma\n\nProperty and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association Act applies.\n\nB.
