Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2015","heading":"Prohibited acts","body":"No person, including an insurer, agent or affiliate of an\n\ninsurer shall make, publish, disseminate, circulate or place before\n\nthe public, or cause, directly or indirectly, to be made, published,\n\ndisseminated, circulated or placed before the public, in any\n\nnewspaper, magazine or other publication, or in the form of a\n\nnotice, circular, pamphlet, letter or poster, or over any radio\n\nstation or television station, or in any other way, any\n\nadvertisement, announcement or statement which uses the existence of\n\nthe Oklahoma Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association\n\nfor the purpose of sales, solicitation or inducement to purchase any\n\nform of insurance covered by the Oklahoma Property and Casualty\n\nInsurance Guaranty Association Act.
