Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2018","heading":"Payment of assessment - Effect on rate increase or","body":"decrease.\n\nAny member insurer who has paid an assessment pursuant to the\n\nOklahoma Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association Act\n\nshall include amounts sufficient to recoup a sum equal to the\n\namounts paid to the Oklahoma Property and Casualty Insurance\n\nGuaranty Association by the member insurer, less any amounts\n\nreturned to the member insurer by the Association.
