Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2020.1","heading":"Joining other state associations — Efficient","body":"coordination and cooperation with receivers - Uniform Data\n\nStandards.\n\nA. The Oklahoma Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty\n\nAssociation may join one or more organizations of other state\n\nassociations of similar purposes, to further the purposes and\n\nadminister the powers and duties of the Association. The\n\nAssociation may designate one or more of these organizations to act\n\nas a liaison for the Association and, to the extent the Association\n\nauthorizes, to bind the Association in agreements or settlements\n\nwith receivers of insolvent insurance companies or their designated\n\nrepresentatives.\n\nB. The Oklahoma Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty\n\nAssociation, in cooperation with other obligated or potentially\n\nobligated guaranty associations, or their designated\n\nrepresentatives, shall make all reasonable efforts to coordinate and\n\ncooperate with receivers, or their designated representatives, in\n\nthe most efficient and uniform manner, including the use of Uniform\n\nData Standards as promulgated or approved by the National\n\nAssociation of Insurance Commissioners.","path":["OK Code","Title 36"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os36.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"4351d0af49faa8fbd7ff1359f6b60eb90f4b545ba06b12321d09bcfed659d1cb","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-2020","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-2020.2"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
