Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2020.3","heading":"Use of Insurance Guaranty Association to advertise","body":"prohibited.\n\nNo person, including an insurer, insurance producer, or\n\naffiliate of an insurer, shall publish, disseminate, circulate, or\n\nplace before the public, or cause, directly or indirectly, to be\n\npublished, disseminated, circulated or placed before the public, in\n\nany newspaper, magazine or other publication, or in the form of a\n\nnotice, circular, pamphlet, letter or poster, or over any radio\n\nstation or television station, or in any other way, any\n\nadvertisement, which uses the existence of the Insurance Guaranty\n\nAssociation of this state for the purpose of sales, solicitation, or\n\ninducement to purchase any form of insurance covered by the Oklahoma\n\nProperty and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association law.
