The purpose of the Oklahoma Life and Health Insurance\n\nGuaranty Association Act is to protect, subject to certain\n\nlimitations, the persons specified in subsection A of Section 2025\n\nof this title, against failure in the performance of contractual\n\nobligations, under life, health, and annuity policies, plans or\n\ncontracts specified in subsection B of Section 2025 of this title,\n\nbecause of the impairment or insolvency of the member insurer that\n\nissued the policies, plans or contracts.\n\nB.
