There is created a nonprofit legal entity to be known as the\n\nOklahoma Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association. All member\n\ninsurers shall be and remain members of the Association as a\n\ncondition of their authority to transact insurance or health\n\nmaintenance organization business in this state.\n\nB. The Association shall perform its functions under a plan of\n\noperation established and approved in accordance with this act and\n\nshall exercise its powers through the Board of Directors established\n\nin this act. For purposes of administration and assessment, the\n\nAssociation shall maintain three accounts:\n\n1. The health account;\n\n2. The life insurance account; and\n\n3. The annuity account.\n\nC.
