Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2026","heading":"Board of directors - Membership - Term - Vacancies -","body":"Approval - Compensation.\n\nA. The Board of Directors of the Oklahoma Life and Health\n\nInsurance Guaranty Association shall consist of not less than seven\n\n(7) nor more than eleven (11) member insurers serving terms as\n\nestablished in the procedural rules of the Association. A majority\n\nof the Board shall be selected from the fifty (50) member insurers\n\nwhich write the largest volume of life and accident and health\n\npremiums and annuity considerations for the previous year. The\n\nmembers of the Board shall be selected by member insurers subject to\n\nthe approval of the Insurance Commissioner. Vacancies on the Board\n\nshall be filled for the remaining period of the term by a majority\n\nvote of the remaining Board members, subject to the approval of the\n\nCommissioner.\n\nB. In calculating total premium for Board qualification\n\npurposes, premiums collected by different members of the same multi-\n\ninsurer group may be attributable to each member of the group;\n\nprovided, no two members of the same group shall serve on the Board\n\nat the same time.\n\nC. In approving selections, the Commissioner shall consider,\n\namong other things, whether all member insurers are fairly\n\nrepresented.\n\nD.
