Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2035","heading":"Records of negotiations and meetings","body":"Records shall be kept of all negotiations and meetings in which\n\nthe Association or its representatives are involved, to discuss the\n\nactivities of the Association in carrying out its powers and duties\n\nunder Sections 8 and 9 of this act. Records of such negotiations or\n\nmeetings shall be made public only upon the termination of a\n\nliquidation, rehabilitation, receivership or conservatorship\n\nproceeding involving the impaired or insolvent insurer, upon the\n\ntermination of the impairment or insolvency of the insurer, or upon\n\nan order of a court of competent jurisdiction.
