Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2042","heading":"Stay of other proceedings - Judgments may be set aside","body":"All proceedings in which the insolvent insurer is a party in any\n\ncourt in this state shall be stayed one hundred eighty (180) days\n\nfrom the date an order of liquidation, rehabilitation or\n\nconservation is final to permit proper legal action by the Oklahoma\n\nLife and Health Insurance Guaranty Association on any matters\n\ngermane to its powers or duties.
