Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2110","heading":"Formation of mutuals; trust deposit of premiums; issuance","body":"of policies.\n\nA. All sums collected by a domestic mutual corporation as\n\npremiums and fees on qualifying applications for insurance therein\n\nshall be deposited in trust in an Oklahoma bank or trust company\n\nunder a written agreement consistent with this section and with\n\nparagraph 3 of subsection C of Section 2109 of this article. The\n\ncorporation shall file an executed copy of such trust agreement with\n\nthe Commissioner.\n\nB. Upon issuance to the corporation of a certificate of\n\nauthority as an insurer for the kind of insurance for which such\n\napplications were solicited, all funds so held in trust shall become\n\nthe funds of the insurer, and the insurer shall forthwith issue and\n\ndeliver its policies for which premiums had been paid and accepted.\n\nThe insurance provided by such policies shall be effective as of the\n\ndate of the certificate of authority.","path":["OK Code","Title 36"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os36.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"fc48b1c4f98a05a42148b17b19b450c1adad31861c25cd4ec4caaf0a0000fe22","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-2109","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-2111"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
