Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2114","heading":"Quorum, members of mutual","body":"A domestic mutual insurer may in its bylaws adopt a reasonable\n\nprovision for determining a quorum of members at any meeting\n\nthereof, but no provisions recognizing a quorum of fewer than a\n\nsimple majority of all the insurer's members present either in\n\nperson or by proxy shall be effective unless approved as reasonable\n\nby the Insurance Commissioner.
