Each holder of one or more insurance policies or contracts\n\nissued by a domestic mutual insurer, other than a contract or\n\nreinsurance, is a member of the insurer with all the rights and\n\nobligations of such membership, and each such policy or contract so\n\nissued shall so specify.\n\nB. Any person, government or governmental agency, state or\n\npolitical estate, trustee or fiduciary may be a member of a\n\ndomestic, foreign or alien mutual insurer.\n\nC.
