A domestic mutual insurer may accept reinsurance for the\n\nsame kinds of insurance and within the same limits as it is\n\nauthorized to transact direct unless such reinsurance is prohibited\n\nby its articles of incorporation.\n\nB. A domestic mutual insurer may reinsure all or any part of\n\nits business in force, or all or any part of a major class thereof,\n\nwith another insurer, stock or mutual, by an agreement or\n\nreinsurance treaty.
