Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2413","heading":"Reports; examination of records","body":"Every mutual benefit association doing business within this\n\nstate under this article, shall on or before the last day of\n\nFebruary, of each year, make and file with the Insurance\n\nCommissioner of this state, a report and a statement of its affairs,\n\nbusiness and operations, during the year ending on the thirty-first\n\nday of December immediately preceding. Such annual report shall be\n\non blanks prepared by the Insurance Commissioner, verified under\n\noath by a duly authorized officer of such association, and shall, so\n\nfar as applicable, be substantially as provided in Section 623,\n\nArticle 6 of this Code.\n\nB.
