Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2421","heading":"Reorganization and conversion complete when; rights of","body":"reorganized corporations.\n\nWhen such mutual benefit association shall have complied with\n\nthe provisions of this article and shall have received from the\n\nInsurance Commissioner a certificate of authority to transact\n\nbusiness in this state as a legal reserve life insurance company,\n\nits reorganization and conversion into such legal reserve company\n\nshall be complete.
