Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2422","heading":"Creditors' rights; liens; contracts; pending suits","body":"The rights of creditors and all liens upon the property of the\n\nformer mutual benefit association shall be preserved unimpaired and\n\nall debts, liabilities, contracts and duties of the former mutual\n\nbenefit association shall thenceforth attach to the reorganized and\n\nconverted organization, and such reorganized and converted\n\ncorporation shall be obligated to carry out and perform all of the\n\nobligations of every kind and character owing by the former mutual\n\nbenefit association to the holders of its policies or certificates;\n\nand said policies or certificates shall be administered in\n\naccordance with the provisions of the law in force at the time said\n\npolicies were issued.
