Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2514","heading":"Relinquishment of business","body":"When any such corporation, company or association shall desire\n\nto relinquish its business in this state, the Insurance Commissioner\n\nshall, on application of such corporation under oath of its\n\npresident or principal officer and secretary or actuary, give notice\n\nof such intention at least twice in a newspaper of general\n\ncirculation published at the state capital.
