The provisions of this article are applicable to limited\n\nstock life, accident and health insurers only.\n\nB. To the extent not modified by the provisions of this\n\narticle, limited stock life, accident and health insurers shall be\n\nsubject to and governed by the other applicable provisions of this\n\ncode.\n\nC.
