Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2606","heading":"Filing of forms and rates; disapproval","body":"On and after the effective date of this Code no policy or\n\ncontract providing for hospital service or indemnity or medical\n\nservice or indemnity shall be issued or delivered to any person in\n\nthis state, nor shall any application, rider or endorsement be\n\nissued in connection therewith, until a copy of the form thereof and\n\nclassifications of risk and underwriting manual, and the rates\n\npertaining thereto, have been filed with the Insurance Commissioner.\n\nSuch filing shall be deemed approved unless disapproved by the\n\nInsurance Commissioner within sixty (60) days after the date of\n\nfiling. If the Insurance Commissioner disapproves the policy or\n\ncontract, application, rider or endorsement form, or classifications\n\nof risk and underwriting manual, said Commissioner shall make a\n\nwritten decision stating the reason or reasons therefor and shall\n\ndeliver a copy thereof to the corporation and it shall be unlawful\n\nfor any such corporation to use any such disapproved form in this\n\nstate.
