Every corporation organized in accordance with the\n\nprovisions of Article 26 of the Insurance Code shall have such\n\nofficers with such titles and duties as shall be stated in the\n\nbylaws or in a resolution of the board of directors which is not\n\ninconsistent with the bylaws.\n\nB. The corporation may secure the fidelity of any or all of its\n\nofficers or agents by bond or otherwise.\n\nC.
