Corporations organized under this article shall be mutual\n\ncorporations and every person who holds a policy or contract with\n\nthe corporation shall be a member of the corporation and shall be\n\nentitled to one or more votes based upon the number of policies or\n\ncontracts held, and such members may vote in person or by proxy.\n\nB.
