Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2618","heading":"Limited application","body":"This article shall not apply to any corporation operating or\n\nmaintaining a hospital service plan or medical service plan,\n\nparticipation in which is limited to its employees and the employees\n\nof other persons or corporations with which such corporation may\n\nhave contracted to provide such services; provided such contract is\n\nnot entered into for the purpose of evasion of the terms and spirit\n\nof this Code.
