The private property of the subscribers, agents, officers,\n\ndirectors, members and employees of any corporation holding a\n\ncertificate of authority under this article shall be wholly exempt\n\nfrom any of the debts, obligations, and liabilities of the\n\ncorporation.\n\nB.
