Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2657","heading":"Discrimination; rebates","body":"Discrimination between individuals of the same class in the dues\n\nor rates charged for any contract issued by any such corporation, or\n\nin the benefits payable thereon, or in any of the terms or\n\nconditions of such contract, or in any other manner whatsoever is\n\nprohibited. This action shall not prohibit different rates,\n\ndifferent benefits, or different underwriting procedures for\n\nindividuals contracted with under different plans; provided, rates\n\ncharged, benefits payable, or underwriting procedures used do not\n\ndiscriminate between such different plans.
