Each such corporation shall annually, on or before the last\n\nday of February, file in the office of the Insurance Commissioner a\n\nfull, true and complete statement of the condition of the\n\ncorporation on the 31st day of December of the preceding year, in\n\nsuch form as shall be prescribed by the Insurance Commissioner, and\n\nwhich shall be verified under oath by at least two of the principal\n\nofficers of the corporation.\n\nB. Whenever the Insurance Commissioner deems it pertinent or\n\nnecessary, and at least once in each three (3) years, the Insurance\n\nCommissioner shall personally, or by his authorized representative,\n\nvisit each corporation, and thoroughly inspect and examine its\n\nfinancial condition, its ability to fulfill its obligations, whether\n\nit has complied with the provisions of the law, and any other facts\n\nrelative to its business methods, management and the equity of its\n\ndealings with its members. The Insurance Commissioner may summon\n\nand administer the oath to and examine as witnesses the directors,\n\nofficers, trustees, agents, representatives and members of any\n\ncorporation and any other person or persons relative to its affairs,\n\ntransactions and condition.
