Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2664","heading":"Exemptions","body":"The provisions of this article apply only to nonprofit\n\noptometric service and indemnity corporations and such corporations\n\nshall be governed by this Article to the extent provided herein.\n\nSuch corporations shall be exempt from all other provisions of the\n\ninsurance laws of this state, except that the provisions of Articles\n\n1, 3, 12, 16, 17 and 18 of the Oklahoma Insurance Code shall apply\n\nto such corporations to the extent that such provisions are not in\n\nconflict with the provisions of this article.
