The private property of the subscribers, agents, officers,\n\ndirectors, members and employees of any corporation holding a\n\ncertificate of authority as provided by Section 2651 et seq. of this\n\ntitle shallbe exempt from any of the debts, obligations and\n\nliabilities of the corporation.\n\nB.
