A certified corporation, in addition to contracting with the\n\nlicensed dentists of the state, may contract for its subscribers the\n\nuse of hospital facilities located in the state.\n\nB. A certified corporation may contract with any other person\n\nwho is licensed and qualified for the purpose of providing dental\n\nservices to or for the subscribers but no certified corporation\n\nshall enter into an exclusive or preferential contract with any\n\nperson.\n\nC. A certified corporation may contract with any other person\n\nfor the cooperative administration or underwriting with regard to\n\nthe performance of the obligations created upon it under the\n\ncontracts it issues to the subscribers and to participating\n\ndentists.\n\nD. A certified corporation may join with, contract with or\n\nbecome a member of any organization of other dental service or\n\nindemnity corporations, nonprofit hospital or hospital service\n\ncorporations or medical service or indemnity corporations, either\n\ndomestic or foreign, to create, establish or maintain an agency,\n\ngroup or entity to facilitate the providing of dental services for\n\nsubscribers located within or outside the State of Oklahoma.\n\nE. A certified corporation may join with, contract with or\n\nserve in any capacity with any agency of the United States of\n\nAmerica, the State of Oklahoma or any county, city or town, in\n\nconnection with any program or undertaking sponsored by one or more\n\nof the above.\n\nF. A certified corporation may invest in such real and personal\n\nproperty as is reasonably necessary to conduct its business.
