Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2682","heading":"Relationship of dentist and patient","body":"Nothing in this Article shall be deemed to alter the statutory\n\nrelationship of dentist and patient which has heretofore been\n\nestablished. No dental service corporation shall in any way attempt\n\nto influence the subscriber in the free choice of a dentist other\n\nthan to limit its benefit to properly licensed dentists of this\n\nstate who are in good standing with the Board of Dentistry.
