Each chiropractic service corporation shall annually, on or\n\nbefore the last day of March, file in the office of the Insurance\n\nCommissioner a full, true and complete statement of the condition of\n\nthe corporation on December 31 of the preceding year in such form as\n\nshall be prescribed by the Insurance Commissioner, and which shall\n\nbe verified under oath by at least two (2) of the principal officers\n\nof the corporation.\n\nB. Whenever the Insurance Commissioner deems it pertinent or\n\nnecessary, and at least once in each period of three (3) years, the\n\nInsurance Commissioner shall personally, or by his authorized\n\nrepresentative, visit each corporation and thoroughly inspect and\n\nexamine its financial condition, its ability to fulfill its\n\nobligations, whether it has complied with the provisions of the law,\n\nand any other facts relative to its business methods, management and\n\nthe equity of its dealings with its members. The Insurance\n\nCommissioner may summon and administer the oath to and examine as\n\nwitnesses the directors, officers, trustees, agents, representatives\n\nand members of any corporation and any other person or persons\n\nrelative to its affairs, transactions and condition.
