Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2691.9","heading":"Practicing chiropractors as members, meetings; voting;","body":"officers.\n\nEvery participating chiropractor under contract with a\n\nchiropractic service corporation created under this article shall be\n\na member of such corporation. Annually the members in person or by\n\nproxy shall meet to conduct the business of the corporation. At\n\neach such annual meeting, or at any special meeting properly called\n\nas provided for in the bylaws of the corporation, each person who is\n\na member shall have one vote and may exercise the privilege of\n\nvoting on all matters brought before the membership. A simple\n\nmajority of the votes cast shall be sufficient to carry all matters\n\nbrought before the membership. If a majority of the directors at\n\nany time so decides, a matter may be submitted to a special meeting\n\nof the members of the corporation following such procedure as the\n\ncorporation may provide for in its bylaws. At each annual meeting,\n\nthe members shall vote to elect one-third of the directors of the\n\ncorporation. The directors shall be elected for terms of three (3)\n\nyears in office.
