The principal office of any domestic society shall be\n\nlocated in this state. The meetings of its supreme governing body\n\nmay be held in any state, district, province or territory wherein\n\nsuch society has at least one subordinate lodge. All business\n\ntransacted at such meetings shall be as valid in all respects as if\n\nsuch meetings were held in this state. The minutes of the\n\nproceedings of the supreme governing body and of the board of\n\ndirectors shall be in the English language.\n\nB. 1. A society may provide in its laws for an official\n\npublication in which any notice, report, or statement required by\n\nlaw to be given to members, including notice of election, may be\n\npublished. Such required reports, notices and statements shall be\n\nprinted conspicuously in the publication. If the records of a\n\nsociety show that two or more members have the same mailing address,\n\nan official publication mailed to one member is deemed to be mailed\n\nto all members at the same address unless a member requests a\n\nseparate copy.\n\n2. Not later than June 1 of each year, a synopsis of the\n\nsociety's annual statement providing an explanation of the facts\n\nconcerning the condition of the society thereby disclosed shall be\n\nprinted and mailed to each benefit member of the society or, in lieu\n\nthereof, such synopsis may be published in the society's official\n\npublication.\n\nC.
