A society may provide the following contractual benefits in\n\nany form:\n\n1. Death benefits;\n\n2. Endowment benefits;\n\n3. Annuity benefits;\n\n4. Temporary or permanent disability benefits;\n\n5. Hospital, medical or nursing benefits;\n\n6. Monument or tombstone benefits to the memory of deceased\n\nmembers; and\n\n7. Such other benefits as authorized for life insurers and\n\nwhich are not inconsistent with this article.\n\nB. A society shall specify in its rules those persons who may\n\nbe issued, or covered by, the contractual benefits in subsection A\n\nof this section, consistent with providing benefits to members and\n\ntheir dependents.
