Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2727.1","heading":"Annual license","body":"Societies which are authorized prior to the effective date of\n\nthis act to transact business in this state may continue such\n\nbusiness until the last day of February next succeeding the\n\neffective date of this act. The authority of such societies and of\n\nall societies licensed on and after the effective date of this act\n\nmay be renewed annually, to terminate in all cases on the last day\n\nof the succeeding February. However, a license so issued shall\n\ncontinue in full force and effect until the new license is issued or\n\nspecifically refused. For each such license or renewal the society\n\nshall pay to the Insurance Commissioner the fee stated in Section\n\n321 of Title 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
