The Insurance Commissioner, or a designee, may examine any\n\ndomestic, foreign or alien society transacting or applying for\n\nadmission to transact business in this state in the same manner as\n\nauthorized for examination of domestic, foreign or alien insurers.\n\nRequirements of notice and an opportunity to respond before findings\n\nare made public as provided in the laws regulating insurers shall\n\nalso be applicable to the examination of societies.\n\nB.
